SMALL 1:4 RATIO OR BUBBLE

You will be supporting your local parent community who need a nuturing safe environment for their children.

You can choose how many children you care for up to a maximum of 4 under the age of six (including your own), and the hours you work.

PROVIDE NURTURING CARE

Sprouts In-Home Childcare focuses on providing a learning environment that is nurturing and educational. We provide full training and all the equipment you will need to get started.

We provide guidance throughout the stages of being an educator, from initially signing up, meeting families, and then the education of children in your care. Our coordinators are fully trained, and are able to provide individual support and resources for you and your learning environment.

FULL SUPPORT & TRAINING

We pay for your training, first aid, all your educational resources, nursery equipment, provide music groups, gym sessions, trips into the community, and cash incentives for bringing on new children and other new educators. (Lockdown restrictions apply for each COVID-19 Level)

Our package also includes pay allowances for days you cannot work!
